By accessing the platform, you agree to use it in good faith. Any hacking, scraping, spamming, denial of service, or artificial manipulation of tournament results/ratings is strictly forbidden.
3. Tournament Data Management
Instructors are responsible for the correctness of the players and results they input. The platform reserves the right to automatically delete inactive test data to optimize hosting resources.
4. Service Availability & Misuse
We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of severe policy violations, unauthorized manipulation, or hacking attempts.
5. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the platform or its administrator be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of this free MVP.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
